Ben spent a decade running Nike at Wieden+Kennedy, then served as CMO at Ogilvy and CSO at Leo Burnett. Big brands, big problems, plenty of layers. He co-founded Hot Lava to keep the first two and lose the third.

Nik (강정훈) Traxler

Nik is an award-winning producer with a pedigree spanning Wieden+Kennedy and Google Creative Lab. He now oversees operations, client management, and new business at Hot Lava. "Hot Lava" is what he used to yell on set whenever something that shouldn't have worked, did.
